Risk Assessment

So today I have been landed with the rather dull but rather important task of completing the WaftyCrank risk assessment. Some of the risks I realized we faced were;

• loss or absence of a team member
• loss of work
• aims that are too complex

I also came up with some ways to manage those risks. 

• Backup plan of asset register.
• backups!!!!!!!
• simpler aims.
